The spicy kick from the cinnamon is exactly what I need to get going in the morning, and it’s seriously comforting on a chilly afternoon. I do a full teaspoon per cup and let it steep the full five minutes for maximum warmth and flavor.

I steeped mine right at three minutes with the suggested teaspoon and the warmth lasted through my whole afternoon slump. The spice blend is balanced enough that I don't need honey, which never happens with other chais I've tried.
